The OCRC has prepared an Ontario Cancer Fact for December 2013 that describes the goals and methods of the study on the burden of occupational cancer. Funded by a four-year, $1 million grant from the Canadian Cancer Society Research Institute, the burden project will identify priority workplace carcinogens, and estimate the number of and economic impact of cancers caused by occupational exposures.
