The International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) is launching a series of online seminars about radon, which is a naturally occurring radioactive gas and the second most common cause of lung cancer after smoking. The seminars will cover topics including exposure, risk communication, and remediation techniques. The first one-hour seminar, to be held on April 5, 2018, will highlight exposure to radon in homes.
