The UICC World Cancer Congress is one of the largest international gatherings for cancer experts. The theme for the for the 2012 congress is “Connecting for Global Impact”, highlighting the need for continued support in translating the benefits of knowledge gained through research and practice to those living with and affected by cancer. Linda Kachuri’s abstract about multiple pesticide exposure and the risk of multiple myeloma in Canadian men has been accepted into the conference track “Systems in cancer control”.
