Michelle Nguyen graduated with an Honours Bachelor of Science from the University of Toronto, with majors in Integrative Biology and Psychology. She is currently completing her Bachelors of Applied Science in Occupational Health and Safety (for University Graduates) at Ryerson University. Since her time studying and her involvement with research at the School of Occupational and Public Health, she has discovered an interest in learning more about topics related to occupational cancer. Her passion in this area drew her to OCRC, where she is contributing to a research project on occupational exposure to isocyanates. At present, she is doing descriptive analysis of exposure to isocyanates from sampling information collected across different industries and occupations in Ontario and in British Columbia.
