Epidemiologic Studies of Pentachlorophenol Users

Presented by Dr. Paul Demers on April 11, 2013 as part of a webinar organized by the National Toxicology Program (NTP) in the United States to discuss the link between pentachlorophenol exposure and cancer. Pentachlorophenol is a chemical most often used in the wood industry as a fungicide.

The presentation reviewed published studies of pentachlorophenol users, focusing on a large cohort study of sawmill workers in British Columbia.
