Burden of Occupational Cancer: Fact Sheets

A series of fact sheets were created to share results from the Burden of Occupational Cancer study. These fact sheets include information on important occupational exposure in Canada, including their health effects, the estimated burden of cancer due to occupational exposure, the cost of those cancers, and the occupations and industries most affected.

Fact sheets on the burden of occupational cancer in Canada are available for the following exposures: asbestos, diesel engine exhaust, polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons, radon, night shift work, second-hand smoke, crystalline silica, solar radiation and welding fumes.
