“12th Report on Carcinogens” – National Toxicology Program

The Twelfth Edition of the Report on Carcinogens (2011), published by the National Toxicology Program of the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, is a science-based public health document that identifies and discusses agents, substances, mixtures, or exposure circumstances that may pose a hazard to human health by virtue of their carcinogenicity. This edition of the RoC adds two substances to the list of known human carcinogens, and six more are added as substances that are reasonably anticipated to be human carcinogens. The 12th RoC now totals 240 entries.
